Nottingham Community Housing Association Limited (NCHA) is seeking a Housing Project Worker to support families moving from temporary accommodation into safe, secure homes. You will deliver high-quality housing management, assess referrals, and guide tenants through tenancy responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience working in housing, homelessness, support services or a customer-focused environment.
• Knowledge of housing and welfare benefit systems or willingness to develop this knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high-quality housing management service for families at Sutton House.
• Assess referrals and support allocation processes.
• Complete risk and needs assessments for prospective tenants.
• Support tenants with housing benefit applications and tenancy responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate records and update IT systems.
• Signpost residents to health, education, employment and substance misuse services.
