Job summary

Abri is seeking a Housing Partner to manage a patch of up to 600 homes across the Bristol area and to travel to the Yeovil office for team meetings. You will also work from Bristol the rest of the week, building relationships with customers and partners to sustain tenancies and improve outcomes.

You will handle tenancy issues, enforce tenancy rules where needed, and collaborate with third party agencies to deliver safe, welcoming communities. A UK driving license is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing management or a similar customer-focused role.
• Knowledge of tenancy management, tenancy enforcement and legal processes.
• Confidence managing difficult conversations and challenging situations.
• Great communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
• Experience using customer management systems and working digitally.

• Resolve tenancy issues, including anti-social behaviour and breaches of tenancy.

• Act as a visible and approachable representative of Abri within your patch.
• Take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution.

This role requires travel to our Yeovil office for 2 days per week for admin days on Mondays and Wednesdays and working in Bristol the rest of the week.

You'll manage a patch of up to 600 homes across the Bristol area and be the familiar face in the communities you support. You will also be required to travel to our Yeovil office for team meetings. Whether you're helping a customer through a difficult situation, resolving neighbourhood concerns, or working with local partners to improve an area, you'll play a key role in helping our customers thrive.

This is a role for someone who loves variety, enjoys working independently and isn't afraid to tackle challenges head-on. You'll have the freedom to manage your own patch while being part of a supportive and collaborative team that shares the same goal: creating safe homes and communities where people are proud to live.
