Job summary

Abri Group seeks a Housing Partner to manage a patch of up to 600 homes across the Bristol area, with travel to our Yeovil office for team meetings. You’ll be the familiar face in communities you support, tackling tenancy challenges and improving outcomes.

Day-to-day casework includes sustaining tenancies, resolving issues, and collaborating with local partners. You’ll work independently yet as part of a supportive team, delivering positive change.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing management or similar customer-focused role.
• Knowledge of tenancy management, tenancy enforcement and legal processes.
• Confidence managing difficult conversations and challenging situations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a varied workload.
• Experience using customer management systems and working digitally.
• A full UK driving licence is essential to this role with access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, positive relationships with customers and communities.
• Support customers to sustain their tenancies and access the help they need.
• Resolve tenancy issues, including anti-social behaviour and breaches of tenancy.
• Work closely with colleagues and partner with third party agencies to find solutions and improve outcomes.
• Carry out estate and neighbourhood inspections, helping to ensure communities remain clean, safe and welcoming.
• Act as a visible and approachable representative of Abri within your patch.
• Take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution.
