Job summary

Sellick Partnership in Bracknell is seeking an experienced Housing Partner to deliver proactive tenancy and neighbourhood management across a local patch. This ongoing temporary contract is for 22.5 hours per week (Monday to Wednesday, flexible) with an umbrella rate of £24 per hour.

You will manage tenancies, conduct tenancy audits and estate inspections, resolve neighbourhood and tenancy-related issues, support vulnerable customers, and collaborate with partner agencies while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience in housing, tenancy, or neighbourhood management.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

• Strong communication and case management skills
• Ability to manage challenging situations and build positive relationships
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
