Eastbourne Homes Limited is seeking a Customer Advisor to join the Housing Options & Wellbeing team. You will be the first point of contact, assessing housing needs and offering initial advice to help prevent homelessness.

The role offers 37 hours per week with a flexible/remote-friendly working pattern in Eastbourne Borough and Lewes District, and a supportive training plan to develop your skills and career within the council housing services.

Competenze

• Dynamic self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time-management and communication skills are essential.
• Experience in housing options or homelessness prevention is beneficial but not required.

Mansioni

• Be the first point of contact to complete triage assessments and identify housing needs.
• Provide initial advice and assistance to prevent homelessness where possible.
• Deliver high standards of customer service within a two-council area.
• Work across Housing Options & Wellbeing team to support housing advice and options services.
