Wyre is seeking two Housing Options Advisors to join our Housing Options Team. You will provide specialist advice, assessment and casework to people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness, ensuring housing and support needs are identified and addressed in line with homelessness guidance and Council policies.

You will work across the Wyre locality, collaborating with colleagues, partner agencies, landlords and family networks to prevent homelessness, reduce temporary accommodation use

Competenze

• Experience carrying out robust enquiries.
• Solid understanding of homelessness legislation and guidance.
• Ability to deliver high-quality outcomes for vulnerable clients.
• Full current UK driving licence.
• Enhanced DBS clearance (paid for by us).

Mansioni

• Provide specialist housing advice and assessments to homeless applicants.
• Carry out casework to address housing and support needs.
