Job summary

EVH in Grangemouth is seeking a Housing Assistant to join the Housing Management Department. The post holder will act as Assistant Team Leader, supporting supervision of the Housing Operations Support Team (HOST) and ensuring high standards of customer service for around 1500 tenants and factoring owners in the Forth Valley area.

The HOST team delivers frontline services including repairs, allocations, rent payments and general housing queries.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in frontline housing or customer service.
• Strong customer-focused service delivery and tenancy support.
• Ability to identify priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Housing Operations Support Team (HOST) and deputise for the Team Leader.
• Deliver frontline housing and factoring services including repairs, allocations and rent payments.
