Job summary

EVH is seeking a Repairs Assistant in Glasgow to join the property services team on an initial six-month basis. You will take repair requests from tenants and owners, prioritise and raise works orders with contractors, and coordinate appointments.

Maintain up-to-date records in the repairs management system and report progress to tenants and teams. The role requires strong organisation, customer focus and collaboration with contractors to ensure repairs are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Take repair requests by phone, email and in person, assess and prioritise them.
• Raise works orders with contractors and arrange appointments.
• Keep tenants updated on progress and ensure records in repairs management system are accurate.
