Job summary

Plymouth Community Homes in Plymouth is seeking a Housing Officer to provide responsive, fair and customer-focused support for tenants. You will manage tenancy enquiries, resolve complex issues and tackle anti-social behaviour to improve residents' quality of life.

Working with internal teams and external partners, you will help create safe, welcoming and sustainable neighbourhoods across Plymouth while building positive, trusted relationships with residents.

Qualifications

• Has experience within social housing or a similar customer-focused environment.
• Adopts a fair, balanced and empathetic approach when working with diverse communities.
• Brings a positive, proactive attitude, supported by resilience and sound decision-making skills.
• Can effectively manage and prioritise a varied caseload, ensuring successful outcomes are achieved.
