• Responsible for managing new and existing tenancy sign-ups in accordance with the organisation's lettings policies and procedures.
• Support customers with changes to their tenancy.
• Engage with customers to address rent and service charge arrears, ensuring all stages of arrears recovery are followed.
• Participate in annual tenancy checks to ensure customers adhere to their tenancy agreements.
• Collaborate proactively with property services colleagues to ensure the efficient turnaround of empty homes.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience in social housing management.
• Good knowledge of rental income collection and an understanding of legal processes related to income collection.
