As a Site Co-ordinator, a typical day might include:
- Cleaning and upkeep of the buildings, communal areas, and grounds on site.
- Cleaning all indoor facilities, including frames and glass doors, mopping and vacuuming, as necessary.
- Emptying bins on site, litter picking on and around the site, and general upkeep to ensure that the areas are kept tidy and presentable, both externally and internally.
- Help promote and market our services to ensure people know what we offer, how they can sign up, and what they can expect.
- Assisting with front of house services.
- As a regular point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in always ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service.
- Ensuring site cover is in place at all times of opening.
- Being proactive around health and safety and ensuring that any concerns are reported and acted upon immediately.
Your role is all about making sure the centre operates as efficiently as possible. You will play a fundamental role in making sure the centre looks professional at times.

The must haves:
- First aid trained
- Eye for detail when it comes to standards of an office space
- General awareness of health and safety and building management
- Are comfortable with, and can engage with people both 1-2-1 and in groups
- Strong communicator with excellent customer service experience and skills
- Ability to work as a team, under pressure, and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with others, whether in the same team or external support providers

- Ability to deal with challenging behaviour at times
- An understanding of the different local services available for customers
- Interest in supporting the wider team with wellbeing activities, learning opportunities, or employment support, and some skills to offer in this area

Being part of the Acis team
- Our hubs are open every weekday 9am-5pm for support and learning, with evenings and weekends for events and support as per schedule.
- We operate our own IT philosophy and ensure flexibility; discuss with your line manager for the best fit.
- This role requires an enhanced DBS check due to working with vulnerable customers.
- A full driving license or access to a vehicle is desirable for face-to-face interactions.
- Dress appropriately for your role at all times.
- You will work with various people, including team members, managers, directors, the Board, customers, the public, contractors, and others.
