Niyaa People Ltd. represents a housing association in Cambridgeshire seeking a Housing Officer to manage tenancy matters, rent collection, anti-social behaviour cases and resident support.
You will work across a designated patch, delivering a proactive housing management service and building strong relationships with residents. The role requires experience in generic housing management, managing rent arrears, and tenancy legislation.
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established housing association committed to providing high-quality, customer-focused housing management services acrossCambridgeshire.
This is a varied, customer-facing role where you will take ownership of a broad range of tenancy matters, including tenancy management, rent and income collection, anti-social behaviour and resident support. You will be expected to maintain a visible presence within the local community and work closely with residents to resolve issues effectively.
The role offers a degree of hybrid working, with some desk-based duties able to be completed remotely. However, due to the customer-facing nature of the position, you will be expected to work within the local patch and/or office for approximatelythree to four days per week, depending on operational requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Housing Officer to join a customer-focused organisation where you will have genuine ownership of your patch and the opportunity to make a positive difference to residents.
