Priority Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a Housing Navigator to join an established supported housing service on a temp-to-perm basis. The role supports adults and young people to build independence through a strengths-based, person-centred approach, with emphasis on advocacy and practical guidance.

You will engage residents, coordinate with partner agencies, and deliver group and 1:1 interventions while maintaining safeguarding standards and professional boundaries.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting vulnerable adults or young people is essential.
• Experience of multi-agency working is essential.
• Ability to prioritise workload effectively and work to deadlines.
