A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in London is seeking an experienced Housing Management & Property Litigation Solicitor to join its specialist real estate disputes team. The Role

You will advise a wide range of clients including housing associations, local authorities, landlords, and managing agents on housing management and property-related disputes, including:

  • Possession proceedings and injunctions
  • Anti-social behaviour cases
  • Disrepair claims and housing conditions matters
  • Leasehold and landlord and tenant disputes
  • Advising on regulatory compliance and housing management issues
  • Managing cases from initial advice through to litigation and resolution
  • Supporting junior lawyers and contributing to team development
