Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to cover Leatherhead, Dorking and surrounding areas. You will perform pre/post-inspection and produce reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs, coordinating with customers and stakeholders.

Essentially you will plan maintenance work to meet cost, time and quality targets, carry out building surveys to identify defects and risks, and travel as required across the region.

Qualifications

• Pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs.
• Plan and coordinate repair, maintenance and construction work to meet cost, time and quality targets.
• Build and technical surveys to determine building condition, defects and risks.
