Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to cover Caterham, East Grinstead and surrounding areas. You will conduct pre/post-inspections, prepare reports for responsive repairs, voids and cyclical works, and liaise with customers, leaseholders and stakeholders.

You will plan and coordinate repair, maintenance, and construction work to achieve cost, time and quality targets. Applicants must have a Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3 and be a member of a

Qualifications

• Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3 is essential.
• Member of a recognised professional body such as RICS or CIOB.
• Willingness to travel across the region.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsabilités

• Carry out pre-inspection and post-inspection and prepare reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs.
• Consult and engage with customers, leaseholders and internal/external stakeholders.
• Plan and coordinate repair, maintenance and construction work to meet cost, time and quality targets.
• Undertake building and technical surveys to determine condition and identify defects and risks.
• Carry out major void inspections and ensure work meets KPIs with recommendations from survey findings.
