Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to cover Leatherhead, Dorking and surrounding areas. The role involves pre/post-inspection reporting for repairs, voids and cyclical works, with travel across the region and engagement with customers and stakeholders.

The position requires a Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3 and membership of RICS or CIOB. Permanent contract, 36 hours per week, with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3.
• Member of a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS or CIOB).

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre/post-inspection and prepare reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs.
• Plan and coordinate repair, maintenance and construction work to meet cost, time and quality standards.
• Undertake building and technical surveys to determine condition and defects, identify risks.
• Carry out major void inspections and ensure work aligns with KPIs; make recommendations based on findings.
