Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to cover Leatherhead and Dorking, with responsibilities spanning pre/post inspections, void works, repairs and surveys. You will engage with customers, plan and coordinate repair work, and assess building condition to identify defects and risks.

Travel across the region is required. The role requires a Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3 and membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS or CIOB).

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre- and post-inspection and produce reports for responsive repairs, voids and cyclical repairs.
• Consult with customers and leaseholders, and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver repair, maintenance and construction work to meet cost, time and quality standards.
• Carry out building and technical surveys to determine condition and identify defects and risks.
• Perform major void inspections and ensure work complies with KPIs and provide recommendations from survey findings.
• Travel across the region as required.
