Job summary

Clarion Housing Group in Surrey is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to cover Caterham, East Grinstead and surrounding areas. You will undertake pre/post-inspections and produce reports for responsive and cyclical repairs, liaising with customers, leaseholders and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• It is essential to have a Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3 and be a member of a relevant professional body (e.g. RICS or CIOB).

Responsibilities

• Pre-inspection and post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs; liaising with customers, leaseholders and internal/external stakeholders.
• Plan and coordinate repair, maintenance and construction work to meet cost, time and quality targets.
• Carry out building and technical surveys to determine building condition and identify defects and risks.
• Carry out major void inspections and ensure work is completed in line with KPIs and make recommendations based on survey findings.
