Housing Law Caseworker

Shelter Cymru exists to defend the right to a safe home in Wales and fight the devastating impact the housing emergency has on people.

We help thousands of people each year by offering free, confidential, and independent advice, and campaigning to address the root causes of the housing emergency.

We are now recruiting for a Housing Law Caseworker to join our Housing Services team based in Cardiff.

The post holder will be part of a team providing a National Housing Advice Service through a mix of centre, court, and surgery-based services across Cardiff, Vale, and the Valleys.

We are developing a flexible and hybrid working approach, with a minimum of 1 day per week in the office. Our offices are located across Wales, and this role will be based in Cardiff.
