Fully remote position - applicants must reside in the UK £25,000 - £28,000 + Commission

My client is a household name and an established leader within their niche, employing circa 170 people across the UK.

As an innovative disruptor within financial services, my client has built a bespoke - cutting edge platform, which enables their case managers/processors to work efficiently and at a high volume.

Due to year on year growth, my client is actively seeking experienced, ambitious Mortgage Case Managers to join their successful 1st Charge team.

The purpose of this position is to fully package client cases, ensuring a quick, simple, and smooth journey for the client. You are required to own the full case journey from 'Pack in' to 'Funded' stage.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the mortgage brokerage industry, in either case management or packaging/processing
• Minimum 2 years experience of processing mortgage cases in a whole of market environment
• Knowledge of multiple lenders is essential
• Working to strict customer deadlines
• CeMAP or part CeMAP qualified (not essential/advantageous)
• Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills
