Case Manager - Secured Loans, Manchester

This is a remote position.

Role: Case Manager / Processor - Secured Loans

Location: Fully remote within the UK

Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 + Commission (£45k-£55k OTE)

Company: A household name and established leader within their niche, employing circa 170 people across the UK.

About the Role: As an innovative disruptor within financial services, our client has built a bespoke, cutting-edge platform enabling case managers/processors to work efficiently and handle high volumes. Due to growth, they are seeking experienced secured loan case managers to join their successful Secured Loans team. The role involves fully packaging client cases to ensure a quick, simple, and smooth journey for clients, owning the full case process from 'Pack in' to 'Funded'.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a whole of market environment, in secured loan case management (packaging/processing) ESSENTIAL
• Ability to work to strict customer deadlines
• CeMAP or part CeMAP qualification (not essential but advantageous)
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
