Job summary

Bellway is recruiting a Customer Care Coordinator for the Thames Gateway Division in Dartford to join the Customer Care team. You will deliver excellent service through the post-completion journey, handle customer issues, and ensure accurate records in Bellway systems.

The role reports to the Head of Customer Care and requires the ability to travel to development sites, work flexibly, and coordinate with subcontractors to resolve defects efficiently.

Qualifications

• Significant relevant experience in a fast-paced Customer Care environment.
• Customer care coordination experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standard of customer service throughout post-completion journey.
• Manage customer issues and ensure timely resolution and accurate records.
• Communicate with customers during warranty period and provide updates on issues.
