• Update databases and maintain accurate customer and property records.
• Liaise with customers, contractors, technicians and other parties involved in defect and maintenance works.
• Ensure works are progressed and completed within agreed timescales.
• Provide excellent customer support and resolve queries promptly.
• Visit sites regularly.

The company delivers high-quality new-build homes and works closely with the communities. you will play an important role in supporting customers and ensuring that property-related queries, defects, and maintenance issues are handled efficiently and professionally. You will be a key point of contact for customers across both new-build and social housing and providing excellent service and coordinating works from initial contact through to resolution.

Duties will include:
