Home Group Limited is seeking a dedicated night worker to safeguard buildings, support vulnerable customers, and keep residents safe and comfortable. You will monitor CCTV, assist with repairs, coordinate with neighbours, and work 4 nights on, 4 nights off with DBS clearance provided.

• Walk around the building to check CCTV, fire doors and communal areas.

Here at Home Group we look after vulnerable customers, but also those with quite complex care needs. Your job will be to make sure our customers are safe, our buildings are secure and pleasant places to be, and that we get on with our neighbours. What you'll do

Walk around the building checking CCTV, fire doors and communal areas Greeting customers and visitors, picking up repairs or cleaning The first line of support for our customers when our wider team or their own support network aren't around to help! Monitor and respond to incidents calmly, quickly and fairly Work with colleagues and partners to manage anti-social behaviour
