Job summary

Home Group Limited is seeking a Housing Concierge to ensure safety and pleasant environments for residents. The role includes monitoring CCTV, greeting visitors, handling repairs or cleaning tasks, and acting as the first line of support during weekend shifts.

Job details

• Permanent, part-time (17 hours per week)
• Weekend-only role, working 8.5 hours per day. Shifts are expected to be 7:00am to 4:00pm every Saturday and Sunday (occasional travel - access to car is not essential)
• Able to use technology to monitor CCTV, update records and communicate with colleagues
• You'll need an Enhanced DBS check done (we pay for it)
