Job summary

Home Group in Huddersfield is seeking a dedicated care professional to help people with complex needs live more independently. You will lead planning, coordinate support workers, and balance safeguarding with administrative duties while guiding colleagues.

Qualifications

• Passion and experience in supporting others, ideally in a supported housing setting.
• Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or willing to work towards it).
• Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support.
• Ability to work under your own initiative, stay calm under pressure, and be resilient.

Responsibilities

• Salary £27,500 per year plus 34 days leave (rising to 39) and health cash plan worth over £1140

What You’ll Do

You have

The practical bits

• You’ll work Monday to Friday an a two-week rolling rota: Week 1, 7:00am to 3:00pm; Week 2, 1:00pm to 9:00pm
• You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
