Job summary

Pertemps Tm is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Coordinator for the Exeter outskirts to support a housing-sector organisation delivering high-quality new-build homes. You will be the main point of contact for customers and coordinate works from initial contact to resolution, ensuring defects and maintenance issues are handled efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer care or housing is preferred.
• Organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for technicians and arrange materials.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance across properties.
• Issue quotes for works to be carried out.
• Assess property claims and handle warranty queries.
• Update databases and maintain accurate customer and property records.
• Liaise with customers, contractors, technicians and other parties.
• Ensure works progress and complete on time.
• Provide excellent customer support and resolve queries promptly.
• Visit sites regularly.
