West Lothian Council is recruiting a Housing Assistant to join Whitburn Housing Office, part of Whitburn Partnership Centre. The role focuses on tenancy management support and providing housing advice to help tenants achieve sustainable outcomes.

You will work as part of HCBS/Council, contribute to service delivery, and adhere to policies. The post is permanent, hybrid working, with access to travel for business as needed.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with tenants.
• Ability to record and report information accurately in writing and verbally.
• Comfortable using IT packages and conveying housing information clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tenancy management support to tenants to achieve sustainable tenancies.
• Provide comprehensive housing advice and personal housing planning.
• Work with the team and council to deliver high standards of service.
• Follow council policies and procedures to required standards.
