Job summary

West Lothian Council is seeking a Housing Officer for Whitburn Housing Office at Whitburn Partnership Centre. This 36-hour-per-week, hybrid role supports tenants and families with complex needs while delivering a high-quality housing management service in line with council policies.

You will implement housing management policies, ensure compliance with legislation, and coordinate multi-functional services to meet community needs. Experience and CIH Level 4 are required.

Qualifications

• Chartered Institute of Housing Level 4 or equivalent and frontline housing management experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and support tenants with complex needs.
• Experience coordinating multi-functional services in line with council policy.
