Haulfryn is seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader at Devon Hills Holiday Park to lead the housekeeping team and ensure exceptional presentation. You will support the Housekeeping Manager, coordinate cleans, and work with Maintenance to keep lodges guest-ready in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong organisational skills, and a hands-on leadership approach to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Competitive salary and benefits on offer.

Responsibilities

• Support the Housekeeping Manager in daily ops.
• Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver high standards.
• Coordinate cleans and checks to ensure lodges are guest-ready on time.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Hot Tub teams to maintain five-star presentation.
• Support training, delegation and performance management.
• Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor stock levels for cleaning supplies and inventory.
• Maintain records using ParcVu and assist reporting.
• Ensure Health & Safety and COSHH procedures are followed.

What You’ll Do

As Housekeeping Team Leader, you will:

• Support the Housekeeping Manager in the day-to-day operation of the department
• Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional accommodation standards
• Coordinate cleans and accommodation checks to ensure lodges are guest-ready on time
• Work closely with Maintenance and Hot Tub teams to maintain five-star presentation standards across the park
• Support team training, delegation, and performance management
• Respond to guest concerns and help resolve housekeeping issues efficiently
• Monitor stock levels for cleaning supplies and operational inventory
• Maintain accurate records using ParcVu and support operational reporting
• Ensure Health & Safety and COSHH procedures are followed at all times

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll bring:

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within housekeeping or hospitality
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of presentation
• Confidence leading teams in a busy operational environment
• A positive, hands-on approach with excellent customer service skills
• Good understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH procedures

Desirable:

• Experience using ParcVu or similar systems
• Experience monitoring guest feedback or operational KPIs
