Salary: £32445.40 per annum

Hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week

What You’ll Do

As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will:

• Lead, inspire, and energise your team to deliver first-class service and seamless operations
• Motivate and develop staff, ensuring high performance and engagement
• Support fresh food preparation and service, maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene
• Drive revenue and efficiency, making a profitable contribution to the park
• Champion guest satisfaction, creating an exceptional dining experience
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
