Responsibilities include training, quality checks, handling guest requests, and maintaining green initiatives. This role offers growth within a expanding hotel group and onsite work in Manchester.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of housekeeping supervisory experience.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Other languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, and establish employee performance and development goals.
• Educate and train employees ensuring compliance with regulations and proper tools.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through coordination with other departments.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and busy periods.
• Check public areas and guest rooms for cleanliness and repairs; advise on improvements.
• Handle complaints and special requests to achieve guest satisfaction.
• Maintain supplies and equipment while minimizing waste and supporting green initiatives.
