Job summary

Urban Rest in London is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee routine cleaning and service of our properties and hotel rooms, ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction.

You will lead a small team, train staff, manage stock and safety, and coordinate with Operations and Guest Experience to maintain high levels of cleanliness and presentation.

Qualifications

• Available to work a rotating roster across 7 days.
• Excellent attention to detail and reliability.

• Capable of supervising a small team and multi-site housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily cleans meet brand standards.
• Train and develop team members to required standards.
• Maintain checklists and records in the system.
• Uphold Urban Rest decor and first impressions.
• Coordinate stock movements for efficiency.
• Monitor performance and address issues before guest arrival.
• Maintain safety, WHS and chemical handling procedures.
• Perform high-quality apartment/room cleans when needed.
• Ensure linen and guest amenities meet brand standards.
• Report damages and safeguard guest privacy.
