Heeton Hospitality UK is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to support the Head Housekeeper in delivering high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across our hotels.

You will supervise daily staffing, train staff on safety regulations, and collaborate with other departments to ensure quality service. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a proactive approach to guest needs.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year housekeeping supervisory experience
• Must speak fluent English
• Other languages advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, and establish employee performance goals; provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback
• Educate and train all employees in compliance with governmental and safety regulations; ensure staff are trained and equipped
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication with other department heads
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and support housekeeping staff during high-volume periods
• Check that public areas, guest rooms and equipment are clean and in good repair; advise on improvements
• Handle complaints and special requests to achieve guest satisfaction; accommodate VIPs and repeat visitors
• Maintain and order supplies and equipment; support green initiatives and waste reduction
• Maintain procedures for security of lost and found items; perform other duties as assigned

The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As Housekeeping Supervisor you will assist the Head Housekeeper in supervising all aspects of housekeeping function - ensuring high standards are maintained. Your day-to-day People

• Supervise day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, and establish employee performance and development goals. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve employee performance
• Educate and train all employees in compliance with governmental and safety regulations. Ensure staff is properly trained and has the tools and equipment to carry out job duties
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other department heads
• May assist with deep cleaning projects and assist housekeeping staff during high-volume periods

Financial

• Maintain proper inventory levels, managing cost per room for supplies and labor (for example: bed & bath linen reuse and laundry operation).

Guest Experience

• Check public areas, guest rooms/suites, equipment, and linens are clean and in good repair advise team members of areas of improvements
• Perform housekeeping duties necessary, including making beds as well as vacuuming and cleaning guest suites to ensure guest satisfaction
• Handle complaints and special requests to achieve complete guest satisfaction
• Comply with special needs and requests of the guests, VIPs and repeat visitors

Responsible Business

• Maintain and order supplies and equipment in a timely and efficient manner while minimizing waste and maintaining "green" initiatives (for example: container recycling and cleaning agents)
• May maintain procedures for the security of lost and found items
• Perform other duties as assigned.
