Job Description

1. Responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms to brand standards, ensuring they are well-presented and maintained.
2. Support hotel operations by providing guests with a memorable, spotless experience.
3. Lead and inspire the housekeeping team, fostering an environment of development and high standards.
4. Train and support team members in maintaining cleanliness and service quality.
5. Oversee cleaning of bedrooms and public areas, ensuring standards are met.
6. Collaborate with the Head Housekeeper to maintain and develop external housekeeping partnerships.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a similar role, ideally around a year.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for standards.
• Natural people skills, able to motivate and create a positive environment.
• Experience with Micros Fidelio Opera or similar systems is a plus.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality service and creating memorable experiences.
• Open-minded, adaptable, and a team player who enjoys a fun, supportive work environment.
