What you'll do:

• Oversee daily operations ensuring all housekeeping standards meet client specifications.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the housekeeping team to maintain high performance and professionalism.
• Liaise with reception, facilities, and management teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Manage operational tasks such as handovers, stock control, and compliance with quality standards.
• Control budgets, monitor costs, and ensure safety and security across the site.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Support recruitment, training, and staff development.
• Ensure all team members project a professional and approachable image.
• Fulfill duty manager responsibilities as scheduled.

What you'll bring:

• Minimum 2 years experience in the cleaning industry
• Multi-tasking and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
