Job summary

InterContinental London O2 on Greenwich Peninsula is seeking Floor Housekeepers who lead by example and inspire their team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in bedrooms and bathrooms. You will ensure guest rooms are well-presented and coach room attendants in your section.

You will prioritise workloads, report maintenance issues, manage stock levels in housekeeping stores, and engage with guests to promote loyalty and memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are well‑presented by performing checks to confirm they have been cleaned to our excellent standards.
• Clean rooms when necessary, setting the benchmark for the housekeeping team.
• Coach, guide and mentor room attendants assigned to your section daily.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up to ensure that they are resolved appropriately.
• Prioritise the workload of yourself and the room attendants.
• Maintain correct stock levels in housekeeping stores and ensure items are stored properly.
• Engage with guests to promote guest loyalty and memorable experiences.

Salary – £ 28,080 plus service charge.
