Sofitel London-Heathrow is seeking an experienced Head of Housekeeping to lead and inspire a 5-star team. You will drive cleanliness, guest satisfaction and brand standards across a luxury hotel with extensive meeting and dining facilities.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent English, and proven experience in managing teams within a premium environment. You will oversee staffing, training, and safety compliance and report into the department head.

• Experience in conducting departmental and Health and Safety training.
• Proficient in computer and financial skills.
• Excellent standard of English, both written and spoken.

• Ensure the housekeeping team maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Be a hands-on and visible leader to the team, motivating them with your passion for hospitality and desire to improve.
• Guide the Housekeeping team to ensure company brand standards of quality and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
• Support departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures.
• Manage staffing levels to cover business demands.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Address any guest concerns promptly, attentively and efficiently.
• Coach, train, and support the team to provide consistently high standards while continually looking to improve.
• Deputise in the absence of Head Housekeeper.
