Key Responsibilities of a Housekeeping Supervisor:

  • Checking and inspecting up to 60 rooms per shift.
  • Assisting in the training of team members.
  • Inputting and monitoring room status in the computer system
    throughout the shift.
  • Preparing and allocating Room Attendants sections and porter duties.
  • Assisting in the control and issuing of keys.
  • Helping in the preparation of rotas to ensure there is adequate
    cover at all times.
  • Directly supervising team members.
