Job summary

LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping operation across guest rooms and public areas. You will drive service excellence, develop a high-performing team, and maintain a guest-first culture.

The role includes budget management, stock control, process improvements, and strict health and safety compliance to ensure a consistently outstanding guest experience. 37.5 hours weekly on a 7‑day rota, permanent salaried position.

Qualifications

• Proven housekeeping leadership experience in hospitality.
• Strong people management and team development skills.
• Experience budgeting and controlling costs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with hotel systems (OPERA PMS) and MS Office.
• Guest-first mindset focused on quality and service.
