What you will be doing
Why this role matters
This is an opportunity to shape an essential service, develop a committed team and create an environment where excellent care can flourish. Your leadership will be noticed every day—in the confidence of your team, the safety of the home and the comfort of every resident.
About you
You take pride in the details, communicate clearly and lead by example. You will bring cleaning experience—whether gained through employment or elsewhere—along with the ability to understand instructions for the safe use of chemicals. Reliable, trustworthy and flexible, you will respect each resident’s privacy, preferences and personal space. Experience in a care home and basic English and mathematics skills would be welcome, but your commitment to making a positive difference matters most.
