Sterling Cross Ltd in Swindon is hiring a Housekeeping Manager to lead a dedicated team and uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation throughout the care home.

You will be hands-on, well organised and capable of prioritising day-to-day tasks while creating a welcoming environment for residents. 40 hours per week, shifts 8-4 or 7-3, with a £30,160 salary per year. Includes a £750 welcome bonus and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles within care homes or hotels.
• Ability to manage day-to-day priorities and lead a team.
• High standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
• Full, unrestricted UK Right to Work (no visa sponsorship).
