Job summary

Wyboston Lakes Resort - Housekeeping is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. You will work 15 hours a week across five days, across seven days as needed, across the venues, with a focus on cleanliness and guest comfort.

You will be hands-on and must be flexible, detail-focused and friendly. Training will be provided, and we value initiative, teamwork, and a people-centric approach to delivering a memorable stay for guests.

Qualifications

• Hands-on and able to use your initiative.
• Able to work across venues once trained.
• Standards driven with a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail.
• People person with a friendly attitude.
• Hardworking and a team player.
• Flexible to work a rota across seven days.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas to the required standards.
• Work as part of the housekeeping team to ensure a positive guest experience.

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic Housekeeping teamas a Housekeeping Assistant .

Working 15 hours a week across any 5 days over 7.

You’ll be working as one team ensuring all bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas are cleaned and tidied to our standards – with the ultimate aim being our guests have a positive and memorable experience.

What we’re looking for…

• You will need to be hands on and able to use your initiative and work alone where needed
• You will need to be able to work across all of the venues if requested once trained
• You must be standards driven with a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail is key!
• The natural urge to be helpful
• Someone who is hardworking and a team player
• Flexibility to work on a rota basis across seven days a week
