Job summary

Agincare Group is seeking a Housekeeper at The Chestnuts, Lavric Road, Aylesbury, to maintain clean and safe communal areas for residents and staff.

Two full-time roles (36 hours per week) include alternate weekends; on-site duties, with fully funded training up to QCF level 5, a refer-a-friend scheme, a company pension, and on-demand pay.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 months right to work.
• Two full-time positions available; 36 hours per week including alternate weekends.
• Shift patterns discussed at interview.

Responsibilities

• Communal cleaning – ensure the communal areas are kept clean and safe for residents and employees.
• Domestic tasks - dust, polish and vacuum residents’ bedrooms thoroughly and ensuring use of appropriate warning signs when required.
• Collaboration - work closely with the home management team to ensure the home meets the standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Companionship- Provide support , communication and engagement to residents.
