As Hotel Team Leader you will have the opportunity to contribute to a fabulous guest experience together with your team. To help you do that we will support you with the knowledge and skills to be successful in your role.
Our hotel offers 84rooms, and puts you within easy reach of London's iconic attractions. Our hotel has recently been refurbished in charming, contemporary design with quirky touches throughout. Rooms are subtly inspired by the London Underground- look out for the surprising, playful touches that make this hotel special.
Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken (and a 2nd language would be a plus).
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills - A strong team player.
Customer service experience
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
Creative, innovative, dynamic, result-oriented and self‑motivated,
High organizational planning, follow‑up, presentation and reporting skills,
Able to use Opera Cloud at an advanced level
Must be legally eligible to work in UK. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining work authorization.
