Job summary

Chef & Brewer is seeking enthusiastic Hotel Staff to welcome guests, assist with check-in, and deliver memorable service across all guest interactions. You will be part of a friendly, inclusive team that values learning and growth within a country-style pub environment.

You will contribute to a safe, clean front of house and provide information and support to guests throughout their stay, reflecting our commitment to great hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.
• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
• Keep the front of house safe, legal, and clean, addressing issues promptly and safely.
• Demonstrate a positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face for guests and assist with check-in procedures.
• Respond to phone enquiries and resolve guest issues to ensure a smooth stay.
• Maintain a clean and safe front of house area in line with regulations.
• Communicate clearly with guests to provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Support the team to deliver a high standard of service across all touchpoints.

• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.


• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
