Job summary

Greene King is seeking Hotel Staff to help create memorable experiences for guests at our Chef & Brewer pubs. You’ll greet guests, guide them through check-in, and assist with enquiries, while maintaining a safe and welcoming front of house.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.
• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
• Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
