Chef & Brewer pubs offer a welcoming, home-away-from-home atmosphere where you help guests enjoy memorable experiences across our country-wide locations. As Hotel Staff, you will greet guests, assist with check-in, answer inquiries, and ensure a safe, clean front-of-house environment continued by a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience every visit.
• Greet guests and assist with front-of-house checks and seating.
• Respond to enquiries and resolve issues to ensure a great stay.
• Keep the front-of-house area safe, legal, and clean at all times.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and expand skills.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure quality service.

• Have a great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
• A passion for giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
