Job summary

Greene King is seeking Hotel Staff to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-ins, and ensure memorable experiences across our country pubs and inns. You’ll engage with customers, answer inquiries, and help create a safe, clean front of house that supports an outstanding guest stay.

• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.
• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
• Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
